Ingredients
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup crisp rice cereal
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup white sugar
Instructions
Directions for filling jar
1. In a 1 quart jar, layer the ingredients in the order listed.

2. Pack down firmly after each addition.

Directions to attach to jar

2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg

   Cream water, margarine and egg together until light. Add the entire contents of the jar and stir until well blended. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an unprepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes.
