1/2 cup cornstarch
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
food color or poster paint
water

1. In a bowl, mix 3/4 cup cold water with the cornstarch to make a paste.

2. Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water set aside.

3. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to boil and add the cornstarch mixture slowly to it. Stir well.

4. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil and clears.

5. Remove from the heat and stir in the gelatin.

6. Cool and divide into several jars.

7. Add the food color and blend.
