Ingredients
Crust:
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. salad oil
2 1/2-3 cups flour

Meat Filling:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 cups (1/2 lb.) grated mozzarella cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
grated mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Make crust: Soften yeast in warm water.

2. Add salt and salad oil and mix well.

3. Add flour and knead for 5 minutes.

4. Place in greased bowl. Let rise for one hour.

5. Meanwhile start filling: Brown ground beef. Drain fat.

6. Mix in pizza sauce and let simmer 5 minutes.

7. Heat oven to 425 deg.

8. Divide crust dough in 1/2 for 2 long rolls, or into 10 equal parts for individual rolls. Flatten and roll each piece out round.

9. Place one at a time on cookie sheet to fill.

10. Place meat sauce on crust and add cheese.

11. Roll up with ends tucked in to keep in sauce. (Or you can fold over and crimp the edges.)

12. Bake on cookie sheet for 15 to 18 minutes.

13. Warm spaghetti sauce and spoon over Calizone. Sprinkle cheese on top.

NOTE: May fill Calizone with any fillings to match your favorite pizza.
