Ingredients
Step 1:
3 qts. raw apples
1 cup water

Step 2:
2 qts. apple pulp
4 cups sugar
5 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
Instructions
Step 1:
1. Cut, core and peel the apples to get 3 qts.

2. Cook apple in water until tender, to make apple pulp.

Step 2:
1. Put all ingredients in 4 qt. dutch oven.

2. Cook down to right consistency. (About 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on how juicy apple pulp is.)

3. Fill jars to 1/4 inch below rim.

4. Process jars in water bath for 10 min.
