Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
2 pts. whipping cream
3 cup sugar
1 qt. half and half
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
4-6 cups diced fresh peaches (no skin, add last)
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Add peaches last.

2. Pour into ice cream freezer and fill with 1 quart of half and half. Finish filling to line with milk.

3. This is delicious, especially if made a day or 2 ahead of time for peach flavor to get stronger.
