  Serves: makes 12-15 patties
Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1 egg
6 saltine crackers, crumbled or rolled very fine
1-2 Tbl. evaporated milk
Instructions
1. Drain, and remove all scrap parts from salmon.

2. Blend in egg, crackers, and evaporated milk.

3. Drop into hot, oiled frying pan and flatten.

4. Turn when browned and brown other side.
