Ingredients
About 2 lb. Fish

For Fillets
1 Tbl. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
corn meal
3 Tbl. melted butter

For Steaks or Fillets
1 cup milk
1 Tbl. salt
1 cup sifted, dried bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
BAKED WHOLE FISH
1. Turn oven to 500 degrees.

2. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.

3. Reduce heat to 400 degrees and bake about 30-40 minutes ro until easily flaked and moist. (About 10 minutes per pound.)

BAKED SPLIT FISH
1. Turn overn 425 degrees.

2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and flakes easily with a fork.

BAKED FILLETS
1. heat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Dip in mix of salt, pepper, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Then dip in corn meal.

3. Place in baking pan and drip on butter.

4. bake 15-20 minutes, or until easily flaked and moist.

BAKED FISH STEAKS OR FILLETS
1. Heat oven to 500 degrees to bake 15- 20 minutes OR
Heat oven to 350 degrees to bake 30 minutes.

2. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper OR
Dip in combined milk and salt.

3. Then roll in bread crumbs mixed with pepper.

4. Bake uncovered.
