  Serves:
Ingredients
1/2 small onion, minced (1 Tbsp. flaked)
1 stalk celery, minced (1 tsp. ground celery seed)
1/4 cup butter
6 slices toast (or just plain bread)
hot water
*1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

*If you have no poultry seasoning you can use:
  1 Tbsp. dried sage
  2 Tbsp. dried marjoram
  2 Tbsp. dried parsley
  2 Tbsp. dried savory
  1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
or whatever combination suits you.
Instructions
1. Sauté the onion and celery in the butter.

2. Meanwhile, break toast into a large pan or bowl.

3. Add water, just enough to moisten all the toast.

4. Mix in onion mixture, poultry seasoning and parsley flakes.

5. Stuff into whatever meat you choose and cook according to directions.

NOTE: Don''t try to sauté flaked onion. Just melt butter and add onion flakes.
