  Serves: makes 8 servings
Ingredients
1 - 2 lb. bag of southern style frozen hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp . celery seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup diced onion (1 Tbsp. flaked)
1 sprig parsley, minced (1 Tbsp. flaked)
1 cup diced cooked ham or bacon
1 dozen eggs, well beaten
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Melt butter in large frying pan.

2. Add hash browns, celery seed, garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until tender.

3. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch baking pan.

4. Put hash browns in bottom of pan.

5. Sprinkle ham, onion, and parsley over hash browns.

6. Pour well beaten eggs over hash brown mixture.

7. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is firm. Remove from oven.

8. Sprinkle grated cheese over casserole.

9. Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
