Ingredients
4 slices bacon
1 cup (about 4 oz.) swiss or jack cheese
1/3 cup onion
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate.

2. Crisply fry bacon , then crumble, and spread on bottom of pie plate.

3. Shred cheese then spread evenly over bacon.

4. finely chop onion and sprinkle evenly over cheese.

5. Blend milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper together 1 minute at high speed.

6. Pour over bacon, cheese, and onion.

7. Bake 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and knife, inserted in center, comes out clean.

8. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

9. Refrigerate any leftover quiche.
