Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in frying pan over medium heat.

2. Stir in flour.

3. Add milk and water slowly, stirring constantly (or gravy will be lumpy).

4. Season with rest of ingredients.

5. Cook until heated through and to desired consistency.
