Ingredients
makes approximately:
1 1/2 3 4 1/2 6 7 1/2 9 waffles
1 2 3 4 5 6 eggs
2/3 1 1/3 2 2 2/3 3 1/3 4 cups Milk
1 2/3 3 1/3 5 6 2/3 8 1/3 10 Tbsp. butter
1/2 1 1 1/2 2 2 1/2 3 cups flour
1 2 3 4 5 6 tsp. sugar
1/6 1/3 1/2 2/3 5/6 1 tsp. salt
2/3 1 1/3 2 2 2/3 3 1/3 4 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
   1.  Melt butter. Set aside.

   2. Separate eggs, putting yolks in large bowl and whites in small bowl. Set aside.

   3. Place flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in sifter and sift together into medium bowl. Set aside.

   4. Beat egg yolks.

   5. Add milk and beat well.

   6. Add dry ingredients to milk and egg yolk. Mix well.

   7. Add melted butter. (Not to hot or you will kill yeast action.)

   8. Beat egg whites until dry peaks form. Fold into batter.
