Ingredients
1 cup chopped walnuts
7 fluid oz. marshmallow creme
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. salt
16 oz. butterscotch flavored chips
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. orange peel, grated
Instructions
1. Spread 1/2 of the chopped walnuts evenly on the bottom of wax paper lined 13x9 inch pan.

2. In a heavy saucepan, combine marshmallow creme with sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.

3. Bring to a full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Remove from the heat. Add butterscotch chips to the cooked mixture and stir until the chips are melted.

5. Stir in orange extract and grated orange peel.

6. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining chopped walnuts.

7. Chill until firm.
