Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan.

3. Stir over medium heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes or until a small amount forms a soft ball in cold water.

4. Remove from heat and add the vanilla.

5. Set in cold water and let stand until cool enough to rest bottom of pan on your hand.

6. Beat until thick enough to hold shape and fudge loses its gloss.

7. Lay out a sheet of waxed paper. Butter hands.

8. Shape fudge by rolling between hands into fingers.

9. Roll fudge fingers in powdered sugar and cinnamon mixture.

10. Let fingers set on waxed paper until they hold shape when removed.
