Ingredients
1 gallon tomatoes
2 medium onions
8 medium cloves garlic
2 cups vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
Instructions
1. Combine tomatoes, onions and garlic in blender and liquify.

2. Combine all ingredients in dutch oven.

3. Bring to boil over medium heat.

4. Boil down for 2 to 4 hours or until thickened to right consistency.

5. Process for 10 minutes.
