Ingredients
Makes 3 dozen

1 cup Warm Water
2 pkg.  or 2 Tbl. Yeast
2 Eggs
6 Tbl. Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 can (12 oz.) Evaporated Milk
8 cups Flour
Instructions
1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.

2. Add and mix in all ingredients except the flour, in the water and yeast.

3. Slowly pour in the flour. (8 cups)

4. Roll with a rolling pin and butter.

5. Fold in half and butter agin and fold again.

6. Cut into squares and place into muffin pans and let rise.

7. Bake at 425 deg for 15 minutes.
