Ingredients
This is Lon’s favorite!

½ cup Vinegar (preferably rice, it’s sweeter)
½ cup Granulated Sugar
2-3 packets Sesame Chicken Top Ramen
½ cup Salad Oil
Head of Cabbage, shredded or 1 bag Cole Slaw (looks better with some red cabbage)
{Good with grated carrots and thinly sliced Green Onions}
1-2 lbs. Cooked, cubed Chicken or Turkey
Soy Sauce (optional)
½ cup slivered Almonds or roasted sliced
roasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
1. In a small sauce pan cook the vinegar, sugar and Top Ramen seasoning packets together until hot and clear. Set aside and add the salad oil. Mix well. Let cool.

2. Quickly cook the chicken in 2 tablespoons soy sauce, if used,  until warm.

3. Remove and toss in the shredded cabbage. Add the vinegar, sugar , oil mixture and toss.

4. Crumble the Top Ramen noodles and toss.

5. Top with slivered almonds and sesame seeds. Serve immediately while the noodles are still crunchy.
