Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 cup salt
1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
1. Mix together into a stiff dough.

2. Knead 5 minutes.

3. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into shapes with cookie cutters.

4. Place on cookie sheets.

5. Bake in a  350° oven for 1 hour or until hard when tapped with a fork. The “cookie” should ping.

6. Can be decorated with water color or poster paint and coat with varnish, spray lacquer or plastic. This will prevent there getting soft and spoiled.

7. DO NOT DOUBLE MIXTURE! DO NOT USE WITHIN 4 HOURS OF MIXING!
