Ingredients
1 cup pecan pieces
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1 pkg. (25 oz.) frozen white dinner rolls
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cook & serve pudding & pie filling mix (not instant)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 cup butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
1. Sprinkle nuts and raisins in bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Arrange frozen rolls over nuts and raisins. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

2. In small bowl combine pudding mix, cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkle over rolls. Top with butter pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator overnight.

3. Uncover and let rise n a warm area until doubled, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

4. Bake in preheated 350 deg oven 25 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Allow to cool 2 to 3 minutes. Turn pan out onto waxed paper.
