  Serves: makes 8 2 inch brownies
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
Instructions
1. Grease a 13x9 inch pan.

2. Stir eggs, brown sugar and vanilla together.

3. Quickly stir in sifted flour, baking soda, salt and walnuts.

4. Cook at 350 deg for 18 to 20 minutes or until soft in center.

5. Cool.  Cut into eight 2 inch squares.
