  Serves: makes 40 cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
sugar
40 miniature milk chocolate covered peanut butter cups (e.g. Reeses), unwrapped and chilled
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 375 deg.

2. In large bowl, combine sugars, butter, peanut butter, milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well.

3. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup level off. Stir in flour and baking soda mix well.

4. Form dough into forty 1 inch balls roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

5. Bake at 375 deg for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately top each cookie with chilled peanut butter cup, pressing down lightly.

6. Remove from cookie sheets cool completely.
