Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (3/8 cup cocoa and 3 Tbsp. oil)
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup flour
6 oz. white chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.

2. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Cool this mixture.

3. Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla and continue beating until well creamed.

4. Quickly combine chocolate and egg mixtures.

5. Before uniformly colored fold in flour.

6. Add white chips if used.

7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes.
