6 small grated apples
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

1. In large mixing bowl cream all the ingredients together.

2. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.

3. Bake in a 350 deg oven for 55 minutes.

4. Serve topped with lemon pudding or whipped cream.
