Ingredients
yellow cake mix
eggs
water
oil      
1 can cream of coconut found in liquor department (shake hard & long before opening) or coconut milk
1 bag Baker''s coconut (small bag)
1 large Cool Whip
Instructions
1. Mix yellow cake mix, eggs, water and oil as directed on box (mix it with your mixer) and bake cake as directed.

2. Let cool few minutes, while still warm, poke holes randomly through top of cake with the handle of a wood spoon or similar, pour the coconut milk stuff over the top of the cake and let it soak it & cool the rest of the way.

3. Mix coconut & Cool Whip together to spread as icing, judge this by how much coconut you want in the icing, too much will dry up the Cool Whip.

4. Store it in fridge until ready to eat
