  Serves: makes 6 dozen bars
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
*1 pkg. (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup milk
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped salted peanuts
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. butter
finely chopped peanuts

*1 package (12 oz.) peanut butter chips may be substituted for butterscotch chips.
Instructions
1. Combine 1/4 cup butter, butterscotch chips, peanut butter and milk in top of double boiler over hot water.

2. Stir occasionally until mixture is melted and smooth.

3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 cup chopped nuts in large bowl.

4. Pour butterscotch mixture over crumbs. Stir until combined.

5. Spread mixture in greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.

6. Cut into bars 3/4x1 3/4 inches.

7. Combine chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons butter in top of double boiler over hot water. Stir occasionally until chocolate melts.

8. Place one bar at a time in melted chocolate. Turn with fork.

9. Lift from chocolate on fork. Allow excess to drip off.

10. Place on paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle top with finely chopped nuts.

11. Return to refrigerator to harden chocolate.
