Ingredients
Base:
*1 box (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbl milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Topping:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

*1 box (18.25 oz.) Devil''s Food cake mix or any desired flavor may be substituted for yellow cake mix.
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 deg. Grease a 13x9x2 inch pan. Set aside.

2. For base, combine cake mix, 2 eggs, melted butter, milk and nuts in large bowl. Mix with fork or at low speed of electric mixer until cake mix is just moistened.

3. Turn into pan. Spread evenly.

4. For topping, beat cream cheese in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.

5. Beat in 2 eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.

6. Spread evenly over base.

7. Bake at 350 deg for 35 minutes. (Edges and top will be light golden brown and will have a slightly shiny appearance.)

8. Cool completely. Cut into squares, about 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.
