Ingredients
6 oz. oatmeal
2 oz. flour
1 tsp. salt
10 fl oz. warm water
Instructions
1. Mix oatmeal, flour and salt together.

2. Slowly add warm water.

3. Roll out on a floured board to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into triangles.

4. Cook on a pan or griddle until golden on both sides.

5. Dry out in a cool oven (300 deg) until crisp.
