  Strawberry Pudding Freeze

  Serves: makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 3/4 cups whipped topping (whipped cream, Cool Whip, etc.)
1 pt. strawberries, sweetened and mashed
Instructions
1. Pour milk into bowl and add pudding mix. Beat slowly with hand beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer until blended, about 2 minutes.

2. Blend in whipped topping and strawberries.

3. Pour into shallow pan and freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.

4. Serve in ice cream cones or dessert dishes.
