Ingredients
1 Stuffed Turkey

  7  to  10 lb ............... 30 minutes per pound
10  to  15 lb ............... 20 minutes per pound
15  to  18 lb ............... 18 minutes per pound
18  to  20 lb ............... 15 minutes per pound
20  to  23 lb ............... 13 minutes per pound
Instructions
1. Prepare turkey the night before you are going to have the turkey.

2. Stuff and season turkey.

3. Place on rack in roasting pan. Fill bottom of pan with 1 inch water. Cover pan with foil.

4. Place pan in oven.  Turn oven on to 175 deg. Leave turkey in oven overnight.

5. Turn oven to 350 deg and bake turkey according to chart above:

6. 1/2 hour before turkey is done, remove foil from pan to brown turkey skin, if desired. Pour out drippings before returning turkey to oven.

7. Shortly before done, grasp end of leg bone. If thigh joint moves easily, turkey is done. Also, drumstick meat will be very soft when pressed between fingers.

NOTE: DO NOT pierce meat with fork.
