Ingredients
Chicken
Stuffing

1-3/4  to  2-3/4 lb ............... 63 to 66 minutes per pound
2-3/4  to  3-1/2 lb ............... 51 to 55 minutes per pound
3-1/2  to  4-1/2 lb ............... 45 to 49 minutes per pound
4-1/2  to  up ....................... 43          minutes per pound
Instructions
1. Stuff and season chicken.

2. Place on rack in pan. Fill bottom of pan with 1 inch of water. Cover pan with foil

3. Heat oven to 350 deg.

4. Bake according to chart above:

5. 1/2 hour before done remove foil to brown skin if desired. Pour out drippings before returning to oven.

6. Shortly before done, grasp end of leg bone. If thigh joint moves easily, chicken is done. Also, drumstick meat will be very soft when pressed between fingers.

NOTE: DO NOT pierce meat with fork.
