Ingredients
Amanda’s Favorite

Makes about 2 cups

2 Tbl. Butter or Margarine
2 Tbl. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1-1 ½ cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Mustard
Instructions
1. Melt Butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat.

2. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

3. Sprinkle in cheddar cheese. Continue over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.

4. Add mustard stir until sauce is smooth.

Cheese Sauce is great on baked potatoes, asparagus, other vegetables, rice, macaroni, and egg dishes like Eggs Benedict.
