Ingredients
6-8 cups peeled and cut up or cubed Apples
(8 cups of unsweetened Applesauce can be used)
2 cups Apple Cider (only needed if the apples are very dry)
1 or 2 cups Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Allspice
2 tsp. Cloves
Instructions
1. Blend the cut up and cored apples with all the spices. Then heat up in a sauce pan to boiling for just a couple to few minutes til the apples are fully cooked and soft and smooth texture.

2. Now pour into your canning jars and seal very tight. They should pop with in 20 minutes or so which means they completely sealed. If they don’t, place the jars that didn’t seal in a rolling boiling water bath in a very large canning pot for 10 minutes.
