Ingredients
Cut, core and peel the apples.  Cook 3 quarts of raw apples in 1 cup of water until tender.

2 qts. Apple Pulp
4 cups Sugar
5 tsp. Cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. Cloves
2 1/2 tsp. Allspice
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in 4 quart dutch oven.

2. Cook down to right consistency.  About 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on how juicy apple pulp is.

3. Process jars (in water bath) for 10 minutes.
