Ingredients
A good Friend gave me this recipe because my children couldn’t get enough of her pickles.

Makes 1 quart

Cucumbers
1 Tbl. Pickling Salt (Noniodized Salt)
3 heads of Dill (at least) (if using fresh dill, use stems also)
2 cups Water
1 cup Vinegar
Instructions
1. Scrub cucumber well with a stiff brush.

2. Pack cucumbers, salt and dill tightly in bottles

3. Boil the water and vinegar.

4. Pour the water vinegar mixture over cucumbers.

5. Put on lids and rings.

6. Process in got water bath for no more than 5 minutes.
