Ingredients
2 large egg whites
4 cups sifted confectioners'' sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry.

2. Add sugar and lemon juice and beat for 1 minute more.

3. If icing is too thick, add a little water. If icing is too thin, add more sugar.
