Prep Time:
Total Time:
Serves:
Ingredients
Topping:
1 5.1 oz. box vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
3 cups cold milk
8-12 drops green food coloring
Filling:
1/2 pt well-chilled heavy cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8-12 drops green food coloring
Instructions
1. Prepare the topping by pouring milk into large bowl.
2. Add pudding mix and food coloring.
3. Beat with wire whisk or electric mixer on lowest speed 2 minutes.
4. Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, or until you are ready to use it.
5. Prepare the filling by putting all the ingredients together in a medium-size mixing bowl. With an electric mixer, whip the cream mixture until it forms soft peaks.
6. Put the cake together by placing on layer of the cake on a serving plate. Spread the filling thickly and evenly over the top of the cake.
7. Put the other layer on top of the filling. Cover the cake with foil and refrigerate it until you’re ready to serve it.
8. Pour the topping into a gallon-size plastic bag with a zipper closing. Carefully seal the bag, leaving a 2 inch opening for the slime to come through. (Cover the sealed part with tape for extra security. You don’t want all the slime gushing out at once. Trust us . We tried it.)
9. Remove the cake form the refrigerator, unwrap it, and bring it to the table.
10. SLIME THE CAKE. Slowly tip the bag of slime topping over the cake and slime away!
