Ingredients
2 lb. round steak
flour
1/2 butter
2 Tbsp. flour (approx.)
2 cups water
salt
pepper
Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk (approx.)
Instructions
1. Trim steak of all fat and cut in serving pieces about 3 inches by 3 inches.

2. Season steak pieces and dredge in flour.

3. Brown steak pieces well in butter.

4. Remove steak from pan and add 2 Tbsp. flour.

5. Add water as needed.

6. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

7. Add evaporated milk.

8. Return steak pieces to pan and simmer until tender -- about 8-10 minutes.

9. Serve with mashed potatoes, etc.
