  Serves: makes 6 patties
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
16 saltine crackers (crushed)
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
1/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.

2. Split mixture into 6 equal balls. Flatten balls into hamburger patties.

3. Cook on barbeque.

4. Fix up burgers on buns to taste.
