  Serves: serves 4
Ingredients
Meatballs:
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs (one will work)
1 small onion, minced (1-2 Tbsp. dried minced)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup raw oatmeal
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. pepper

Gravy:
meat drippings
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 cups water
1 small (1 cup) can tomato sauce
water, if needed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
evaporated milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.

2. Combine all ingredients for meatballs and form into balls, about 1 inch through the middle.  Put meatballs in baking dish, and place in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through. Then remove from pan.

2. Make gravy. In medium saucepan, brown flour in meat drippings.

3. Add water a little at a time.

4. Add rest of ingredients, mixing well to a smooth gravy.

5. Add meatballs to pan and simmer 10 to 15 minutes in gravy.

NOTE: May use brown gravy mixes instead of making your own gravy.  Use two 1 cup brown gravy mixes. Drain grease from pans. Follow instructions on packages. Return meatballs to pan and simmer.
