  Serves: makes 4-5 servings
Ingredients
1 stalk celery, minced
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 Tbsp. onion
water to cover
salt (omit if canned chicken used)
1 medium recipe dumplings
1 cup chicken, diced
water, if needed
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
Instructions
1. Bring celery, peas, onion, salt and water to boil in frying pan and cook until tender.

2. While this is cooking, mix up dumplings.

3. Add chicken, bouillon and water (if needed) return to boil.

4. Drop dumplings on top by teaspoonsful.

5. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes until dumplings are fluffy and dry.
