Ingredients
1 lb. lean beef, cubed
1/4 cup butter
1 Tbl. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. beef boullion
1 medium onion, minced (2 Tbl. flaked)
2 stalks celery, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 spring fresh parsley, minced (1/2 tsp. flaked)
1 bay leaf
4-5 potatoes, diced
4-5 carrots, sliced
2-3 cups water
Instructions
1. In large pan add beef, butter, salt, pepper, beef boullion, onion, celery and garlic.

2. Saute until beef is brown and vegetables are transparent.

3. Add parsley, bay leaf, potatoes, and carrots and cover with water.

4. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
