Ingredients
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans evaporated milk
3 potatoes, peeled & cubed
2-3 slices of bacon
1 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. corn starch
salt
pepper
Instructions
1. Par boil the potatoes. Fry the bacon, crisp, and break into little tiny bits.

2. Cook creamed corn and evaporated milk.

3. Add potatoes and bacon.

4. Mix and heat and mix and mix, etc. Burns easily - use medium flame.

5. Add a thickening of milk and corn starch. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Can be doubled, doubled. For more! Bon appetite!

NOTE: You can add the bacon drippings for more flavor. Add onions, ham chucks, parsley and garlic or any combination you choose to make it your own.
