Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup four
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup nuts, chopped fine
Filling:
11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. (large) Cool Whip or 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 small (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant banana, chocolate, lemon, etc. pudding
milk
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 deg.
2. Make crust. Mix flour and butter until crumbly.
3. Add nuts.
4. Press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Cool.
7. Make filling. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip together and spread over crust.
8. Make up vanilla pudding and banana, chocolate, lemon, etc. pudding according to package directions.
9. Combine puddings and spread over cream cheese mixture.
10. Spread other 1/2 of Cool Whip over pudding layer.
11. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
12. Refrigerate or freeze. If frozen let thaw 1/2 hour before serving.
