Serves: makes 1 pie

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup flour

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 deg.

2. Blend all ingredients in blender for a few seconds.

4. Pour into 10 inch greased pie pan.

5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
