Ingredients
1 prepared 8 inch graham cracker crust
1 1/2 cups (12 fl. Oz. can) evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) semi sweet chocolate chips
whipped cream
Instructions
1. Whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan.

2. Heat over medium-low heat stirring constantly until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly do not boil.

3. Remove from heat stir in chocolate chips until completely melted and mixture is smooth.

4. Pour into crust chill 3 hours or until firm.

5. Top with whipped cream before serving.
