Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup ground nuts
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine

Filling:
3 (8 oz.)  pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
juice of 1 lemon
6 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 pt. sour cream
Instructions
1. Mix together crust ingredients with hands and press into a 10 inch cheese cake pan, covering bottom and 1 inch up the sides, set aside.

2. Make filling by creaming sugar and cheese until smooth.

3. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating only until incorporated.

4. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into cheesecake pan.

5. Bake at 325 deg for 1 hour, turn off heat. Leave in oven with door closed for 1 additional hour.

6. Cool completely and refrigerate at least an hour before removing from pan.
