  Cherry Cheese Pie

  Serves: makes 1 pie
Ingredients
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling, chilled
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

2. Add sweetened condensed milk.  Blend thoroughly.

3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

4. Pour into crust.

5. Chill 3 hours.

6. Top with desired amount of cherry pie filling before serving.

7. Refrigerate leftovers.

TIP: Any of your favorite fruit pie fillings may be substituted for cherry pie filling.
