  Serves: makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
1 large avocado
2 cans evaporated milk
1 pt. fresh milk
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp. celery salt
Instructions
1. Peel avocado, remove seed and mash.

2. Blend milk and avocado pulp. Add chopped celery and celery salt.

3. Heat soup over medium heat, stirring constantly, just long enough to blend ingredients.

4. Serve hot or cold. May use croutons to garnish.
