Ingredients
2 cups dry lentils
2 qts. water
2 fresh yams (peeled and chunked
1/2 cup ham (or more), chopped
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients into pressure cooker. Cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 25 minutes.

2. Cool quick under faucet.

3. Open. Add garlic salt and brown sugar and stir in, making sure the yams are mixed through the lentils.

4. Serve hot. (Don’t eat too much.)
