Ingredients
46 oz. V8 Juice
3 cans Water
1 lb. Carrots
1 lb. Potatoes
1 Celery Stalk
2 Onions
2 bunches Cilantro
10-12 Beef Bouillon cubes
2 Eggs
3 lb. Hamburger
2 boxes Rice a Roni Spanish with packets
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
Instructions
I got this from Lon’s mother Diane Jacobson. You will need a large stockpot for this - it feeds the masses!

Use: 16 quart pot

1. Simmer V8 juice, water, carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, cilantro and bouillon cubes.

2. Mix eggs, hamburger, Rice a Roni and taco seasoning. Mold into balls that are smaller than walnuts - they expand.

3. Cook for ½ hour to 45 minutes. (Until the meat is cooked.)
